FBG Update

•March 4, 2009 • Leave a Comment

The Free Browser Game lens is updated!  Instead of adding new games, I have instead added additional information to each game.  Some of you were wondering what the cost of each game was, if some had trial versions, or if others were simply 100% free.  To answer your questions, I have added that information to each game.

As the title of the page is FREE Browser Games, all the games are free, but some of them had options to pay for additional features.  I specified this, as well as if not purchasing the Premium account would make you miss out on something big.

Hopefully this answers your questions!  Keep the feedback coming, as I am ever willing to answer whatever questions you may have.

First Runesape Lens Up!

•March 2, 2009 • Leave a Comment

I just recently published the first Runescape lens, which is a Woodcutting/Firemaking guide. You can check it out here:

If you have any comments, suggestions, or other feedback, please let me know, as I would be more than glad to add, subtract, or change anything else that you think would help!

New Guide!

•February 24, 2009 • Leave a Comment

I’ve decided that, in addition to updating the FBG and FOMG lenses, I’ll also be making a Runescape Guide lens. Although this may be a turn-down for some of you more hardcore gamers, many people new to online gaming go to Runescape first, and many people are looking for a good, solid guide. I will be putting up as much information as I know as well as helpful pictures, in-depth information, where exactly to be going, and more.

For those of you who have just started viewing this blog, welcome! Although I am rather inconsistent, I am trying to make myself known more and developing this project into something massive. I’ve been working to put together some resources and so far have created lists of free games, both to download and to play in your browser. I try not to pick your average empire game or the crummy games just to fill up space, but I spend time looking for good, high-quality, playable games that will (hopefully) get you hooked.

Again, if you have any questions, comments, or anything else, please let me know and I’ll tell you anything I can!

More Games

I’ve added more games to the Browser game list, so feel free to go ahead and check it out here:
http://www.squidoo.com/freeonlinebrowsergames
Although I haven’t added any individual games, I’ve added a few highly recommended gaming sites that have lots of great games on them. If you’re looking for a good one, I recommend Instant Action. It’s got phenomenal 3D games, lots of players, and a good support system. Although a few of the games are pay-to-play, there are still a lot of great options. Their latest hit is Legions, a massive first-person-shooter game with different classes, lots of different maps, and the best graphics I’ve ever seen for a browser-based game. Don’t waste time, but check it out!

New Section!

•January 29, 2009 • Leave a Comment

Since most people know that online multiplayer games are not limited to download-only games and people are rather inclined to play games that they don’t have to download, I have put together and am continuing to update a new lens!! It’s simply called Free Online Browser Games, and you can check it out by clicking on the link.

Unlike many browser game lists, this list doesn’t consist of just the “lame” empire-building games, but real, 3D, exciting, good games. Highly recommended, so go and check it out!

Long-Awaited Update

•January 19, 2009 • Leave a Comment

I sincerely apologize about not updating in a while. I’ve been getting back into school, which means lots of work. Despite the work, however, I’ve managed to add a few more games to the list, so check it out here:
http://www.squidoo.com/freeonlinemultiplayergames
Also, due to the increasing number of games that I’m adding, I won’t be making an FOMG lens for every game. Instead, I’ll make lenses that are requested for certain games. So if you know a game that you want to give your input on or want to share what you think, then let me know!

Also, as ever, if you have any other games that you think deserve to be on this list, let me know and I’ll add them as soon as I can.

New Games Added!

•December 29, 2008 • Leave a Comment

I’ve not been able to access the blog for the last few weeks due to being gone for Christmas Vacation and my laziness with letting Firefox remember my passwords instead of me. Thankfully I’m back now, but while I was gone I added a few games to the FOMG lens, which you can check out here:

http://www.squidoo.com/freeonlinemultiplayergames

I not only added new games, but also added in a few sections to let you purchase in-game currency, too. Lots of games are free, but to make their money they need to sell something, so many games sell an unnecessary in-game currency that lets you further customize your character without having to save up a ton of money.

It is completely unnecessary in many games, and it helps you to make your character look more stylish as well as fund the people making the game.

If you are thinking of purchasing some money, just check out the lens and it’ll give you all the information you need as well as a straight link to purchase the card value of your choice.

Getting The Word Out

•December 17, 2008 • Leave a Comment

I realize that there haven’t been any recent updates on here, but I’ve been busy getting the word out on other sites. I’ve gotten the most feedback from Yahoo! Answers, and it’s helped me out a lot in the past, too! If you think that you know somewhere that you can get decent traffic, then let me know, or just let other people know about this growing list!

For those of you who have been checking out the lens, there are new games on there!  Check them out right now:
http://www.squidoo.com/freeonlinemultiplayergames

As always, I’m looking for new games to add to the list, so just let me know of your favorite free online multiplayer game!

In addition to the FOMG lenses that I’m making, I’ve also made a free browser game list. I’ve noticed that despite the sharp quality difference in the games that the browser games are more popular due to the fact that many people either do not own a computer of their very own or they don’t have space to download a game. If you fall in this category, or you’re looking for a fun way to pass the time when you’re bored, this is a great lens for you to visit.
